OUR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM: ISO 10002:2018

- Establish communication channels with relevant parties to ensure information flow and traceability, and to ensure that measures to be taken against customer requests and the development process are clearly traceable.

- Determine improvement opportunities in products, services, systems, and processes in line with the demands and suggestions from our customers and employees and carry out the necessary studies.

OUR ENVIRONMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM: ISO 14001:2015
- Our aim is to prevent pollution of air, soil, water, and other natural resources and use natural resources economically in accordance with environmental management system standards.
- Provide a working environment in accordance with environmental laws, regulations, and legislation.
- Protect the environment in which we work and use limited resources in a way that will cause little waste.
- Recover waste and dispose of it without harming the environment.
- Ensure that the philosophy of “CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT” is always applicable.
- Ensure that the materials we obtain from our suppliers are continuously communicated in a clear, understandable, and environmentally friendly manner.
- Prepare a healthy and safe working environment for all our personnel in the Quality System activities we have established.

OUR INFORMATION SECURITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM: ISO 27001:2022
- Work in accordance with customer specifications, laws, legislation, regulations, and standards, keeping customer information confidential and company records secure.
- Meet the requirements of all legal legislation and contracts related to information security, ensuring security in terms of confidentiality, integrity, and accessibility.
- Take necessary measures to prevent recurrence by addressing information breaches in a timely manner.
- Protect the information assets of IŞILPLAST PLASTİK SAN.VE TİC.A.Ş. against all kinds of threats that may occur internally or externally, knowingly or unknowingly.
- Ensure accessibility to information through business processes as required and duly meet legal legislation requirements.
- Maintain the three basic elements of the Information Security Management System in all activities:
- Confidentiality: Prevent unauthorized access to important information.
- Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of information.
- Accessibility: Ensure that authorized persons can access information whenever necessary.
- Address the security of not only data kept in electronic environments but also all data in written, printed, verbal, and similar formats.
- Provide awareness by offering Information Security Management training to all personnel.
- Report all gaps in Information Security that actually exist or raise suspicion to the ISMS Team and ensure they are investigated by the ISMS Coordinator.
- Prepare, maintain, and test business continuity plans.
- Identify current risks by periodically conducting evaluations on Information Security.
- Review and follow up on action plans as a result of evaluations.
- Prevent any disputes and conflicts of interest that may arise from contracts.
- Meet business requirements for accessibility to information and information systems.
- Understand the needs and expectations of our customers and fully meet their demands, ensuring continuity of customer satisfaction.
OUR OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM: ISO 45001:2018
- Continue to be a corporation adopting occupational health and safety as a principle in our production and improving the quality management system in accordance with occupational health and safety standards.
- Provide a working environment and conditions in accordance with the law, legislation, and regulations regarding occupational health.
- Train our employees in the field of occupational health and safety and ensure that they reach a good occupational health and safety awareness.
- Ensure that employees and visitors serving in our corporation comply with the occupational health and safety rules introduced by IŞILPLAST PLASTİK SAN.VE TİC.A.Ş.
- Provide all legal and other conditions regarding the corporation, ensure the participation of employees, and receive their opinions.
- Considering the developments in the world that may affect Occupational Health and Safety, we undertake to predict possible situations that may be encountered in the future and to continuously develop and review our situation.
- Ensure the continuity of our OHS Management System that has been established and is being implemented in this direction as our OHS policy.
- Implement and follow OHS risk and opportunity precaution methods.
- Determine all OHS risks and regularly update emergency procedures.
- Plan trainings in order to control work accidents, raise awareness of personnel, and take necessary measures in this direction.

OUR ENERGY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM: ISO 50001:2018
- We undertake to provide resources to increase energy efficiency in order to support environments where happy people live.
- Ensure that the work environment is prepared without wasting energy and natural resources with the participation of all employees.
- Work in compliance with legal conditions and other requirements regarding energy efficiency.
- Strive to continuously improve energy efficiency and comply with the electrical efficiency program in purchases and designs.

OUR CLIMATE CHANGE POLICY
- IŞILPLAST PLASTİK SAN.VE TİC.A.Ş. undertakes and represents to execute the following basic principles required to protect the global natural balance, reduce carbon footprint and greenhouse gas emissions, and reduce the effects of climate change while ensuring continuity and sustainability in all our services.
- Our Corporation shall perform its work with the participation of all stakeholders fighting against climate change, based on scientific methods, considering environmental, sociological, economic, technological, and financial elements.
- Strategies related to climate change shall be prepared, a monitoring mechanism for all consumer goods shall be established, and actions shall be tracked.
- The requirements determined by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, regulations, circulars, and legal legislation, as well as the obligations arising from international agreements, shall be duly observed.
- Greenhouse gas emissions of all equipment and devices used during our services shall be monitored, and the import and use of substances that deplete the ozone layer shall be gradually terminated.
- Climate change issues shall be analyzed and integrated into business processes within the scope of the following management systems:

- Our Corporation shall work on reducing energy consumption and energy use.
- Risks related to climate change shall be assessed, and identified risks shall be reduced to acceptable levels.
- Training programs to raise awareness among personnel, suppliers, and third-party stakeholders about climate change shall be provided regularly.
- All real or suspicious activities that contradict efforts to prevent climate change shall be reported, and measures shall be taken to prevent recurrence.
- Our aim is to provide the necessary resources to reduce the effects of climate change with the philosophy of a more livable world, taking the necessary actions and continuously improving them.
OUR SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY POLICY
- The main goal of our Company is to create an environment where IŞILPLAST PLASTİK SAN.VE TİC.A.Ş. personnel can work in a healthy and satisfied environment.
- It is our duty to act in accordance with all national and international laws and regulations, starting from the recruitment process of our employees.
- It is our responsibility not to discriminate in any way in our company, not to employ child labor, not to act in any way that violates personal rights starting from the determination of working conditions, and to ensure the health and safety conditions of employees in the workplace.
- Our employees have the right to benefit from working hours, wage payment, holiday and leave practices within the framework of the Labor Law, to become a member of unions and to be represented.
- It is essential to provide regular training to all personnel, including newly hired personnel, and to constantly raise awareness about working conditions, occupational health and safety.
- For any action to be taken in our company or on behalf of our company, bribery, corruption and similar practices as well as any behavior that will lead to such actions are strictly prohibited.
- Our principle is to implement the Procurement Rules criteria and, when necessary, to eliminate non-conformities by implementing corrective actions and continuously improve the system together with the participation of all our employees.
